In 2015, we moved to Adenauerallee 208, a Wilhelminian-style villa overlooking the Schaumburg Palace. During construction work, archaeologists discovered a 1700-year-old Roman brewery there. In 2020, we expanded our office above the former excavation site—our trattoria was built where the brewery cellar once stood. Inspired by history, our managing director Dennis's first home-brewed beer was also served there.
Since 2025, we are no longer located on Adenauerallee, but on Martin Luther King Street. However, our preference for historic buildings remains – what used to be a waterworks now serves as a source of new ideas for us. Right on the banks of the Rhine, with a large park on our doorstep and close to the former government district.
