DevOps Cloud Engineer in Budapest
You will …
- create and optimize CI/CD pipelines for our applications and infrastructure
- design the cloud architecture, select the appropriate cloud services and support their integration into the system
- monitor microservice applications across multiple environments and optimize observability
- collaborate closely with your colleagues in development, assisting them with the containerization of the application, adjusting CI/CD pipelines, and handling security findings
- actively participate in knowledge transfer through our training platform "aka"
What you bring
to the table
- a structured and independent working style
- understanding of CI/CD concepts and typical solution approaches
- good knowledge in at least one CI/CD platform (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab)
- sound knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes
- knowledge in at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with typical cloud components (virtual networks, compute, managed databases, object storage)
- practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools to provision automated virtual cloud infrastructure (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- familiarity with Observability/Monitoring concepts (Observability Pillars, SLIs, SLOs, Run-Books)
- hands-on experience with Observability platforms (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Grafana Stack, Splunk)
- advanced English skills as you will speak English with your colleagues
- nice to have: knowledge of patterns for software stability, understanding of fundamental concepts for software security, German language skills
