As a backend developer, I have a lot of freedom in designing the software's architecture.

Natali — Backend Software
Developer in Stuttgart

» The earlier we make and discover mistakes, the faster we can fix them. Every team member is encouraged to ask for help when it's needed – through close collaboration, we become more productive, get to grow together and learn to play blind passes.

Thinking along is equally important in my eyes. It serves as a tool to help customers, question the meaning of things and make suggestions for improvement. Alongside self-management, this is certainly one of the biggest challenges in my day-to-day work. «

We match our expectations to your level of experience. Take the next steps together with the team and your PSL.
